"Who once lived on your
street? Was it a monarch, a famous film star, or a
highwayman? Do you want to find out about Elmbridge's secret
stories and scandals? In celebration of its centenary,
Elmbridge Museum has embarked upon an exciting new
community partnership with Brooklands Museum, supported by
The R.C. Sherriff Trust, the historic landscape parks of
Claremont and Painshill, and all of the borough's senior
schools and colleges." You can explore the website at

Runnymede & Weybridge Liberal Democrats hold regular open discussions of the party's policies.
Usually on the second Tuesday of the month starting at 7pm. A charge of £2.50 is made to defray costs. Please bring along your own experiences, opinions and ideas for discussion.
Recent sessions included Health, Transport, Education, Employment, Environment, and the implications of Coalition Government. We have had a guest health professional give an inside view of the health service. In February, Jeremy Wire was our guest speaker on Environmental issues.
Please email us in advance if you want to attend, so that catering can be organised accordingly and copies of the relevant policy papers can be mailed to you beforehand.
